The Turning is eight one-on-one conversations across 6 months, woven together with psychometric assessment, personalised daily practice, and sustained accompaniment between sessions. Not to fix what's wrong. To see what's been running underneath all along, and practise a different way of being in your actual life.

It draws from the rigour of Western psychology and the depth of Eastern wisdom traditions. Not just understanding, but embodiment.

At four key moments, you'll receive written observations from Sylvia: what she noticed as your coach, reflected back to you.

The Crossing

For the professional who has the skills and competency to do the job well, but finds anxiety holding them back before, during, and after the interview, affecting not just performance, but wellbeing through the entire career transition.

A 6-week group program integrating mind-body regulation, ACT, and Eastern contemplative practice.

The Crossing is not interview training. It is a mind-body regulation process that uses the interview as a doorway into something deeper: the patterns of self-doubt, performance anxiety, and inner criticism that show up not just in interviews, but across your professional life.

Six weekly sessions, 90 minutes each, in a small cohort of 4–6 participants. The intimacy of the group is part of the work. Being witnessed by others navigating similar terrain creates a kind of transformation that individual coaching can't.

ACT

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has strong empirical support for reducing performance anxiety and psychological inflexibility, two of the most common barriers in career transition.

Somatic

Body-based regulation techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing the physiological symptoms of anxiety that cognitive techniques alone often can't reach.

Group

Research consistently shows that shared experience accelerates individual transformation. Being witnessed by others in similar terrain is part of the therapeutic mechanism, not just a format choice.
